Delivery of items ordered between Dec. 20, 2023 - Jan. 1, 2024 will be delayed until Jan. 2, 2024.

Our Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is free when your order is $100.00 or above excluding shipping fees.

Standard Shipping: $8.95 3-5 business days once our shipping service receives the order.

Express Shipping: $29.45 1-2 business days once our shipping service receives the order.

Time it takes us to ship: 1-2 business days. We ship as soon as possible.

These are estimated delivery dates and are based on the seller's processing time and location, carrier transit time, and your shipping address. Keep in mind: shipping carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push this date. 

Returns

  • If you are considering the return of an item, please first contact our sales representative at sales@a-clef.net as any item returns must first be approved.
  • We will not provide a refund due to a change of mind for whatever reason, once your order has been confirmed, paid for and partially or fully shipped. You may always contact us and discuss the matter.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.

Changes to Orders

Order cancellations: On receiving confirmation and payment for your order, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Once your order has been either partially or fully dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our Returns/Change of Mind policies come into effect.

Problem with your Order

If you believe there is damage to the products you have received, or the incorrect items have been sent, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve this.

Please email us at sales@a-clef.net to begin the process. In this email we will need your order number, photos and a clear description of the problem. We will do our best to solve any issue as quickly as possible.
